  Great location for Gatwick airport. Room was clean and has a lovely aroma to it, very fresh. Best part has been service. The staff have been amazing and were extremely helpful as my daughter has an allergy and they supported this very well. Check in staff were great with a smooth and easy check in. Food was great too. Possibly one of the best premier inns we have stayed in. Would definitely return

  Staff didn’t bother interrupting their personal conversation to say hello or even look at us when we arrived, no hot water to shower and poor blackout blinds. Submitted good night guarantee — rejected. You expect the basics to be right every time at premier inn especially in a plus room. Customer service just woeful from start to finish.

  Conveniently located next to the 100 bus line to the airport. The “plus” rooms are definitely very decent, very clean, and offer a good size and certainly comfortable bed. Only complaint was that the water pressure was a bit low. Self check-in was also a bit clunky. Based on other reviews if I had a car, I would NOT stay here due to excessive parking fees, but for travellers on foot it was very fine.

  Room is clean and cleaned regularly if asked, has a gym which is a nice add to the premier inn, Stephen has been here during my stay and is absolutely amazing at his job and always there to help.

  Great location to Gatwick Airport, Virgin Atlantic head office and CAE crew training. Premier Plus rooms are well equipped including fridge and coffee machine / kettle. There is a small fitness room. Good breakfast Friendly and helpful staff shout out to Stephen and Katie on this weeks stay
